
International project meetings will take place 3 times throughout the project. The first meeting will be in Greece. We will get to know each other personally and we will present our organizations. We will elaborate the schedule of meetings, detail the division of tasks, the order of their implementation in each country. We will select the people responsible for each task in the project (educational, organizational and dissemination). We will establish a way of communicating travel projects and their methodological and organizational content.

At the turn of the year of the first and second year we will meet in Portugal to summarize the first months of cooperation and plan further. We will broaden the substantive issues raised on mobility. We will summarize the results of the initial evaluation and the study of children's creativity and teacher monitoring. We will collect the results and products we have worked out so far. We adjust the schedule of tasks, taking into account the difficulties that arise during the project. We will prepare a schedule of preparation of the project publication and its content-methodological content.
The last meeting project will be at the end of the second year in Lithuania. Then we will finalize the evaluation and gather the products. In addition, we will organize a conference where we will share the results of the project, we will present the developed concept of small travel projects. We will publish a list of ideas and inspirations in the printed version. We will present results of research on children's creativity and the results of evaluation of teachers' expectations and results. We will plan further cooperation points after the completion of the Erasmus + project. We will complete the Europass Mobility documentation.
