          The work of the project team in each partner organization related to the implementation of the tasks assigned in the project schedule is determined and monitored by the project coordinator (PM206 in Łódź), who also runs the website of the project and coordinates the catalogue. 
          Would like to focus on tolerance and group integration. ZG: provision of a base, the logistical arrangement of the meeting, the use of rooms and equipment. IG: Preparation of 4 workshops/presentations (Lithuania, Greece, Port, Latvia). Performing 4 demonstration lessons (Poland, Latvia, Italy, Bulgaria) KPS meeting (C4) goal - shaping a proper attitude towards the natural environment through design activities.ZG: Organizing outdoor demonstrations using the "Traveling Box".
          Preparing 4 workshops/ presentations (Poland, Greece, Latvia, Portugal) Performing 4 demonstration lessons (Latvia, Turkey, Lithuania, Italy).

          Preparation of 4 workshops/presentations (Turkey, Romania, Latvia, Bulgaria) and 4 lessons (Greece, Portugal, Lithuania, Italy).

          Preparation of 4 workshops (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece) with regard to sports tales and games, field games and various forms of therapeutic/ art therapy.

          Meeting whose theme is regional and multicultural education, providing a base for conducting lessons and workshops on multiculturalism and regional traditions and culture. 

 

 

           The activities of the project are focused on the knowledge, skills, attitudes, people involved in working with children from 3 to 10 years (teachers/ educators) about the development and acquisition of the competence of the future of children. Knowledge of creativity is a platform integrating the activities of so-called small projects. Implementing the idea on the eTwinning platform has brought a wealth of conceptual work in developing creative and critical thinking. Thanks to the project team, our activities will take on an international aspect, thereby consolidating a holistic approach to teaching foreign languages and CLIL methodologies in small projects. The actions taken will also focus on the development of competences also in the cultural context. We want to take care of improving the outcomes of weaker pupils with special educational needs. Applying effective and innovative teaching methods.


The project will be running according to the project cycle management, consisting of four stages: 
           - programming/ identification phase - partially implemented at the eTwinning project stage and application writing/ setting of program guidelines; Recognized initial situation, credibly defined needs and problems of the target group, based on the formulated objectives of the project. 

             - phase formulation and preliminary evaluation of the project - jointly established with the partners the matrix matrix, ideas developed in the project implementation plan (schedule and budget). - project implementation phase - will be implemented after approval by AN and grant award. 

 

           There will be developed methodological solutions for shaping the skills of key children in the areas of education: health, regional, ecological, creative, artistic; Shaping attitudes: openness, acceptance and tolerance; Mathematical, ICT, language skills The small/ travelling project in schools/kindergartens will be promoted and continued through the eTwinning platforms after the project is completed. Small/ travelling projects will be enriched with content deliberately and deliberately shaped competence including the elements of the CLIL methodology International cooperation of partner organizations will continue after the end of the project and lead to new valuable initiatives.


Teachers: 
          a) improve their linguistic, communication and professional skills; 
       b) enrich/ rebuild their workshop with ideas/ projects taken from project partners eg using small projects in health or regional education, 
          c) increase motivation to learn foreign languages; 
          d) increase competences in the use of ICT - will increase the frequency of its use in the didactic process, 
          e) will win EUROPASS MOBILITY;
          f) enhance their skills in education, pedagogical, educational, child-centred, geographic, social, etc;
     g) strengthen their teamwork skills and co-operate in the implementation of various projects within the international partner group;
        h) they will have the skills of project management, documentation of tasks, active and creative participation in the project.

 

Students/ Children:
       a) they will acquire/ deepen their competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) in basic education to ensure their success and participation in European society of the future;
        b) they will have "skills for the future" - they will be more independent, creative and creative by experiencing / participating in various forms of activity related to the work of small projects;
          c) become tolerant and open to the needs of other, conscious multicultural Europe;
          d) improve their language skills in the use of English;
          e) acquire/ enhance their skills in the use of ICT;
        f) acquire/ develop working skills in groups/teams (planning, creating and executing, supervising, evaluating the assigned task) - and be accountable for their actions;
         g) by participating in the implementation of small projects they will become more responsible, committed, their self-esteem will increase and their self-esteem will be aware of their impact on the life of the kindergarten/ school.

 

Parents: 
     a) get involved in the kindergarten/ school activities: they will join the organization of projects/ events/ celebrations/ trips etc;

          b) raise awareness of "skills for the future" - participate in workshops for parents, meetings, picnics, teacher-led classes;

          c) continue to have fun/learning with children in English; 
          d) engage in the organization of international visits in their community.
